Privacy Policy

Our Commitment to Your Privacy

Your privacy is extremely important to us. We hate spam just as much as you do. We do not share your information, sell your information, or store your information online.

Collection of Information

We collect personally identifiable information such as names, mailing addresses, email addresses and so forth in order to fulfill your purchase from us. The information is not stored online and cannot be accessed online by anyone. We do keep a record of all purchases so that if you lose your registration and need a new one, or upgrade to a newer version and need a new activation key, we can fulfill it for you. Most of our software offers lifetime free upgrades so we need to remember you to fulfill that.

We do not share this information with anyone or sell this information to anyone. We will, however, comply with requests from law enforcement agencies or fraud investigators should the situation arise.

Payment Processor

We use third party payment processors such as Paypal in order for you to purchase from us. They do not share your credit card or checking information with us. We do not have access to that information. They tell us who you are, what you purchased, and that your payment has cleared or is waiting for clearance.

We do not use cookies. However, our website host, ISP, payment processor, and other companies we do business with may use cookies. We use third-party advertising companies such as Google to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may use information (NOT including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. If you would like more information about this practice and to know your choices about not having this information used by these companies, click here.

Google, for example, uses cookies to offer ads based on either the website you are visiting or on your specific interests. Google uses the DART cookie for this purpose. Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.
